Services, written as specifications

Each sheet lists what goes in, what comes out, and where we expect a person — yours or ours — to keep control.

S1

Mobile development

Apps for iOS and Android planned from the process map rather than a feature wish-list. We agree which screens do routine work by themselves — validation, saved drafts, sensible defaults — and which moments need the user to decide.

Inputs

  • Who uses it and for what task
  • Existing systems it must talk to

Outputs

  • Working builds at agreed checkpoints
  • Source code and build notes handed to you
S2

App, UI and UX design

Flows first, then screens. We sketch the route a person takes through a task, remove the steps that only exist because of old software, and design interfaces that make the remaining decisions obvious.

Inputs

  • Current screens or paper process
  • Constraints: brand, accessibility, devices

Outputs

  • Annotated flow diagrams
  • Screen designs with states: empty, error, loading
S3

Websites

Sites that load quickly, read well on a phone and can be edited without calling us. Where a form feeds a repeatable process, we design the fields so the information arrives in a usable shape.

Inputs

  • Content you own or will write
  • Hosting details or a hosting choice

Outputs

  • A built, tested site
  • A short guide to updating it
S4

Release assistance

The part between “it works on my phone” and “people can install it”. We help with build preparation, store listing text and screenshots you supply, and a launch checklist — though store approval always rests with the store.

Inputs

  • A build, or access to the project
  • Developer accounts in your name

Outputs

  • Release checklist worked through
  • Notes on what to repeat next time

And the support line

Separate from the four services: IT customer support for the systems around your product.
